Full-Time Virtual Paralegal

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid (2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)
LHH is working with a well-established law firm is seeking a Transactional Paralegal to support attorneys in a broad range of corporate, commercial, finance, and real estate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working on sophisticated transactions and collaborating with attorneys, clients, and third parties throughout the transaction process.
Responsibilities Provide general support to attorneys handling a variety of corporate, commercial, finance, and real estate transactions.
Assist with the preparation, organization, review, and management of transactional documents throughout the lifecycle of a deal.
Coordinate transaction closings, maintain closing checklists, and help manage post-closing deliverables.
Support due diligence efforts, corporate record maintenance, and entity-related matters.
Liaise with clients, lenders, title companies, government agencies, and other parties involved in transactions.
Maintain transaction files, organize documentation, and ensure matters are progressing efficiently and accurately.
Assist with UCC filings, corporate filings, and other transactional support as needed.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of transactional paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Experience supporting attorneys in corporate, commercial, real estate, finance, or other business transactions.
Working knowledge of UCC filings and secured transactions.
Familiarity with commercial real estate matters, financing transactions, and loan documentation.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
Paralegal certificate or bachelor's degree.
