Head of Sales & Support

Field-based outside sales position supporting retail accounts and the territory will include 1 position supporting the Denver Metro North area spanning from Denver to Fort Collins and 1 position supporting the Denver Metro South area spanning from Denver to Colorado Springs
This role receives a salaried base, opportunity for incentives and also receives mileage reimbursement for using their vehicle.

Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
Other projects or duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
