Receptionist: Part-Time Position

Early Childhood @ Old Village School (satellite) 405 W. Hours: Monday through Friday 3:00 p.m. Hourly Rate: Starting $15.60/hour

Receptionist Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Basic technology skills with demonstrated proficiency in use of Microsoft applications and Google Suite

Knowledge of computer applications and ability to work with databases

Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

Screen visitors and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Hands-on experience with office equipment

Customer service attitude
