Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Pediatric Care
Join our client as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. In this rewarding role, you’ll work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualized therapy services that promote independence, confidence, and daily life skills. Associate degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in the State of Michigan
At least 1 year of experience using electronic medical records (EMR)
Implement and carry out individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with company, insurance, and regulatory requirements
Participate in weekly ancillary service meetings and ongoing training sessions
Meet or exceed established productivity standards while maintaining quality care
Evening and weekend availability required
