Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests in various areassuch as chemistry, hematology, and immunologyutilizing established protocols to ensure quality and accuracy.
Review lab results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
Support the team with specimen collection and prepare samples efficiently for comprehensive testing.
Diligently document all laboratory procedures, assist in training new staff and students, and help maintain laboratory standards.
Foster a clean and safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related allied health field, alongside ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster effective collaboration within the healthcare team.
