Head of Recruiting & HR

High visibility supporting leadership and plant operations

Exempt-level role reporting to HR leadership

Human Resources:

Support full‑cycle hourly recruiting, on‑boarding, and orientation

Partner with leaders on employee relations and performance management

Assist with benefits, payroll support, and HRIS data management

Coordinate training and development initiativesEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Environmental, Health & Safety

Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments

Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance

Deliver safety training (PPE, hazard communication, emergency response)

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Safety, Business, or related field

3+ years HR experience (EHS exposure preferred)

Familiarity with OSHA and environmental compliance

Effective communication and employee engagement skills

HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency – UKG experience preferred
