Description:

Execute daily prep tasks accurately and consistently
Follow recipes, prep lists, and systems as written
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Label, store, and rotate product correctly
Assist with receiving and proper storage of deliveries
Support line cooks by ensuring product is ready for service
Complete daily cleaning and organization tasks
Contribute to a respectful and accountable kitchen environment

Requirements:

Previous prep or kitchen experience preferred
Comfortable working in a structured kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to follow direction and stay organized
Reliable and team-oriented
