- Execute daily prep tasks accurately and consistently
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and systems as written
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Label, store, and rotate product correctly
- Assist with receiving and proper storage of deliveries
- Support line cooks by ensuring product is ready for service
- Complete daily cleaning and organization tasks
- Contribute to a respectful and accountable kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Previous prep or kitchen experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a structured kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow direction and stay organized
- Reliable and team-oriented
