HR Generalist - Recruiting & Employee Engagement

We are seeking an organized, people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team and provide hands-on Human Resources support in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders while supporting recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
Partner with supervisors and managers to support employee relations, attendance, performance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
Support recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment activities.
Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a positive employee experience.
Assist with performance management activities, coaching, corrective actions, and development plans.
Support employee benefit programs and answer questions regarding health, retirement, and other offerings.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
Assist with employee engagement, recognition, wellness, training, and culture initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of Human Resources experience preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred.
Background in employee relations, recruiting, benefits, performance management, and HR administration.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
