Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Demonstrate leadership behaviors with a focus on process excellence and confidentiality.

Work independently with minimal supervision to meet daily operational needs, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Proven phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive patient experience.

Excellent data entry and recordkeeping capabilities.

High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred; Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is a plus.

Keyboard and data entry experience mandatory.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed.

Availability to work scheduled shifts with punctuality and full shift attendance is essential.
