Mental Health Psychologist

Job Summary

LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to provide high-quality, patient-centered mental health care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy, and develop personalized treatment plans for diverse populations. Care is provided through both telehealth and in-office visits. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a culture that values empowerment, ethics, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments

Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes

Deliver care across both telehealth and in-office settings

Document sessions, assessments, and treatment progress in EHR systems accurately and timely

Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on integrated care

Participate in case consultations, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives

Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies

Maintain strict adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards

Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) in practicing state

Completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral program and supervised internship

Eligibility for credentialing with major commercial insurers and payers

Specialty training or certification in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) preferred

Experience providing telehealth services and familiarity with HIPAA-compliant platforms

Clinical assessment and diagnosis
