Job DescriptionProduct Manager Overview The Product Manager will lead strategic initiatives in product development, focusing on medical device and software solutions within a healthcare-focused organization. Drive innovation and optimize user experience for flagship software products, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases aligned with business goals and customer needs. Develop and execute pricing strategies, including packaging, tiering, and monetization models for robust product offerings. Manage a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on accountability and outcomes. Translate market trends and customer feedback into actionable product initiatives to enhance portfolio performance. Report to executive leadership, contributing to strategic planning and organizational growth objectives.Product Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for flagship software solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept through optimization, ensuring high-quality releases and enhancements. Collaborate with Scrum development teams to prioritize backlogs and drive product innovation and usability improvements. Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development processes effectively. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform pricing strategies and product positioning. Product Manager Job Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required; Proven expertise in managing SaaS or software platforms, preferably within healthcare or medical office environments. Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in medical office management, practice management, or healthcare IT systems is preferred.
