RN- Health Care (Full-Time

Registered Nurse: Float Pool - MedSurg/Tele and Stepdown
We are seeking dedicated Float Pool RNs to provide exceptional care across MedSurg, Telemetry, and Stepdown units. This role requires versatility and the ability to manage diverse patient needs effectively, ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered across various settings.
Responsibilities

Float between MedSurg, Telemetry, and Stepdown units as needed.
Administer medications and manage patient care according to established protocols.
Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition promptly.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement effective patient care strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic medical records (EMR).
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continue professional development.
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) with every other weekend including 2 Fridays per schedule. Flexibility is essential, as scheduling needs may require adjustments.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active Registered Nurse license.
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
Experience in MedSurg, Telemetry, or Stepdown nursing preferred.
