Associate Attorney - Labor Law

Overview A law firm seeks an attorney with three or more years of civil litigation experience to join its Labor & Employment department in Newport Beach, California. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class action litigation.
Responsibilities Handle a variety of labor and employment legal matters.
Engage in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with partners and work independently on cases.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in employment litigation.
Familiarity with FEHA, agency complaints, wage & hour, and other employment matters.
Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
Education Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications License to practice law in California.
Skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
