Head of Project Sales

This role involves managing all aspects of projects in the Oil & Gas industry, focusing on superior customer service and strategic sourcing of materials. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with established procedures while leading project-related communications. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to exceed customer expectations and maintain on-time deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with internal support teams for order entry and item coding, focusing on efficiency.
Lead project-related conference calls and provide detailed reporting to the project management team.
Analyze project workflows to identify areas for efficiency improvements and implement necessary changes.
Facilitate the movement of materials and documentation to support project execution and compliance.
Support other Project Managers and Sales Assistants as needed to enhance overall team productivity.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and sales, specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
Strong background in sourcing pipes, valves, and fittings, with a proven track record of supplier management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, to manage project documentation.
Experience with ASME XP, LACT units, and metering skids, demonstrating a strong technical understanding of relevant equipment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with vendors and internal teams.
