Your Role and Impact We're growing fast and are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our high-performing team. If you're driven, detail-obsessed, and thrive in a fast-paced, litigation-heavy environment, we want to hear from you.
Draft legal documents including discovery requests/responses, interrogatories, subpoenas, motions, witness declarations, and deposition summaries.
Conduct case-related legal research (statutory and case law) using Westlaw and other databases.
Assist in case development: interviewing clients, gathering facts, analyzing medical and legal records, and preparing case summaries.
Provide administrative and procedural support to assigned attorneys throughout pre-litigation and litigation phases.
Make informed recommendations based on case evaluations and legal research.
What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in plaintiff-side employment law, workers' compensation, or personal injury.
Excellent drafting, organization, and communication skills.
Proficiency with legal software tools (e.g., Westlaw, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, and law practice management systems such as Clio or MyCase).
