Pay & Benefits:

Competitive annual salary from $515,000 to $800,000+ with bonus potential

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive ENT evaluation and treatment to a wide referral base

Manage an average of 2030 patients daily in clinic

Perform surgeries at multiple hospital and outpatient locations

Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic systems

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for integrated patient care

Participate in a care team model with APPs and hospitalist support

Take backup call with APPs covering primary calls

Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and trainees (optional)

Contribute to a supportive, flexible, and patient-centered practice environment

What You Need:

Valid Ohio medical license and board certification in Otolaryngology

Proven surgical and clinical experience in ENT

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting
