Full Time Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal Location: Pittsburgh, PAWork Schedule: Full-time, OnsiteSalary Range: $80,000-$90,000 Our client is a mid-sized, full-service law firm with a long-standing history of serving businesses and individuals across multiple markets. With offices across several regions, we provide comprehensive legal services and thoughtful, strategic counsel to our clients. Our team serves as advocates, advisors, and partners — helping clients navigate complex legal matters with confidence.
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work closely with attorneys across a broad range of matters, including general litigation and ERISA-related work. You'll play a key role in case strategy, document management, and trial preparation, helping ensure efficient, effective case execution from start to finish.
Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis and PACER
Assist attorneys with case strategy by applying relevant legal concepts
Organize case files and manage timelines for key litigation events
Assist with federal and state court filings and administrative matters
Manage and review documents produced during discovery
Coordinate document production and responses to discovery requests
Utilize litigation support and document management software
High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with document execution and PDF editing tools

Experience with document management systems (e.g., Familiarity with billing/timekeeping software
Experience with litigation support tools (e.g., Exposure to ERISA, employment law, or complex commercial litigation
