Head of Internal Communications

Create compelling content across digital channels, including email, social media, multimedia, website and podcast

Own the editorial calendar, ensuring timely, relevant content that supports business goals, values, and brand positioning

Lead communication projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines, inputs, and approvals independently

Advise internal stakeholders on communication strategy, campaign planning, and change management approaches

Develop and design marketing and communication assets for print, digital, and multimedia use

Serve as a brand steward by ensuring all content and assets align with brand standards and voice

Collaborate cross-functional to plan and execute integrated campaigns and internal communications initiatives

Use metrics and data insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content and campaigns

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Three or more years prior experience in marketing, communications, project management, design, or related role.

Strong communication skills; highly collaborative with the ability to build internal and external partnerships.

Strong project management skills with high personal accountability.

Must be detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and possess a quality customer‑service attitude.
