Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Plano, TX seeking an ONBOARDING SPECIALIST. This is a permanent position with a hybrid schedule. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Dallas, TX area will be considered.
Responsibilities
Manage onboarding for new hires.
Handle all pre-employment documentation required for compliance.
Respond to employee questions.
Track onboarding progress and address issues or delays.
Maintain accurate employee information.
Qualifications
Workday experience is REQUIRED.
Must have at least 2 years of experience working in HR Operations managing onboarding for new hires.
Must have strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Must possess strong communication skills and work well within a team.
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
