Catalina Bravo Farmers Insurance Agency in Montebello, CA is hiring a Sales Producer to join our growing office.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and driven individual looking to grow in the insurance industry while building strong relationships within the community.
You will help clients protect what matters most by offering Auto, Home, Commercial, and Life Insurance solutions.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, goal-oriented, and excited to grow with a supportive team and expanding agency.
Salary: $20,000-$80,000 + annual base salary

Responsibilities Sell insurance coverage using both agency-provided leads and those you generate independently.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Must be coachable
Preferred experience but required working in an Agency or brokerage environment.
Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and strong ethical standards.
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish is a plus).
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
People-oriented
Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
