This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, coupled with a robust benefits package. Implement effective therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced rehabilitation modalities aimed at improving mobility and alleviating pain.

Regularly document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery and attainment of therapeutic goals.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team to provide comprehensive patient care and ensure continuity in treatment.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and participation in professional development opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population that includes children and adults facing various challenges, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management and rehabilitation from neurological disorders. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with a valid state license to practice in Virginia.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with a diverse patient population and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Proficient in computer applications and electronic health record systems to accurately document patient information and treatment plans.

A flexible and adaptable approach to patient care, allowing for adjustments in treatment modalities based on individual patient responses.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, we welcome new graduates who possess a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
