Innovative Movement Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist who is committed to improving patients' mobility and overall quality of life. In this role, you will work directly with patients experiencing orthopedic challenges, utilizing your skills in assessment and treatment to help them achieve their individual rehabilitation goals.

Our team consists of passionate, skilled clinicians who work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, which boasts a spacious 5,000 square feet sports medicine facility equipped with the latest technology and tools necessary for advanced rehabilitation. Our center is designed to foster teamwork and effective communication among healthcare professionals—including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant—ensuring our patients receive comprehensive care in a supportive environment. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop targeted treatment plans to address their specific orthopedic conditions.
• Manage and treat a consistent caseload of patients, dedicating one hour per patient to ensure quality care and optimal outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall functionality without relying heavily on medications.
• Design and oversee personalized fitness and wellness programs that promote long-term health and prevent injury.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery process by demonstrating empathy and actively engaging them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including orthopedic surgeons and occupational therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly, allowing for continuous improvement in treatment strategies.
• Utilize WebPT EMR Software for efficient management of patient records and treatment notes.
• Conduct follow-up evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Our facility primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficient skills in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly favored.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing evidence-based approaches tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR software is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
