Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our outpatient office, which boasts a modern, 5,000 square foot facility designed specifically for sports medicine and rehabilitation services. Our clinic is equipped with the latest tools and technology to ensure optimal patient outcomes, including advanced exercise equipment and manual therapy tools. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced work-life experience while allowing ample time to focus on the health and wellness of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' objectives, needs, and progress to customize appropriate therapy plans.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring each individual receives dedicated and personalized attention during their sessions.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery, focusing on improving range of motion, mobility, and function.
• Create and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate various treatment modalities tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Motivate patients to actively participate in their treatment, monitoring their progress, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Document patient treatment services, evaluations, and progress throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Educate patients on preventative measures and proactive exercises to maintain their health post-therapy.
• Provide guidance on non-surgical treatment options to mitigate pain and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Proficiency in utilizing technological tools, specifically WebPT EMR Software, for recording patient progress and treatment documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is estimated between USD 100,000 and 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
