Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and treatment goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities to address the unique aspects of each patient's recovery journey.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation protocols and provide guidance on exercises, lifestyle changes, and injury prevention strategies.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes diligently, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery, maximizing functional outcomes through continuous communication and coordinated care efforts.
• Utilize advanced technology and therapeutic tools to track and adapt treatment plans effectively as patients progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role offers a diverse patient demographic as you will treat orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) as issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a comparable setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of fostering trust and rapport with patients.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer usage necessary for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation center or outpatient setting.
• Specialization or strong interest in a particular area of physical therapy, such as pediatrics or sports medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team and contribute positively to a collaborative clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits
