HR Generalist Recruitment & Administration

Salary: $60-65K

What your future day will look like:

Guide salary administration by advising management on pay decisions, timing, and communication for both exempt and non-exempt employees.

Stay proactive in labor relations by monitoring workplace concerns, counseling leaders, and ensuring proper training to prevent and address issues.

Anticipate workforce needs through strategic manpower planning, aligning hiring, retention, and growth initiatives with business demands.

Support management by interpreting company policies, administering benefits, and developing employees through performance coaching and training programs.

Foster a positive workplace by leading conflict resolution, overseeing investigations when needed, supporting community engagement efforts, and managing daily administrative responsibilities.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

3+ years' experience in Human Resources

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations

Ability to give presentations

Knowledge of relevant health, safety and employment laws

Competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
