Human Resources Leader

Salary Salary: $80000-$100000 Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversee HR business unit Partner with executive team to evaluate organization needs and implement strategies for improvement Develop and lead training and employee engagement initiatives Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and use workforce analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness Lead and resolve employee relations matters Serves as an advisor on labor relations matters and provide oversight of collective bargaining agreements Manage all compliance including I-9 documentation, employee practices, AAP, EEO, VETS-4212 and OSHA Provide oversight with ADA and FMMLA Oversee payroll and benefits Serve as an active member for safety and workers’ compensation issues Manage other duties when needed Benefits Health/Dental/Vision Retirement PTO Paid Holidays Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field SHRM or SPHR Certification Strong familiarity with HRIS systems 7+ years of HR experience Union experience a strong plus Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, status as a parent or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Godshall Recruiting
