Recruiter - Manufacturing & Industrial Staffing

You’ll build on your staffing experience, recruiting skilled and production talent for a busy portfolio of clients. This is a high-energy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, with plenty of active job orders and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

This is a fully on-site role based in Duluth, GA .

Some of your day-to-day will be:

Recruiting manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, and technician-level talent

Managing multiple live requisitions across a range of clients

Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound recruiting

Interviewing, qualifying, and placing candidates quickly

Building talent pipelines for repeat and high-volume hiring needs

Working closely with the sales team and clients to deliver great service

Managing your ATS and keeping candidate records up to date

Requirements:

2+ years of staffing or agency recruiting experience

Manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, or industrial recruiting experience is highly preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Able to commute to the Duluth office five days a week
