Head of Project Management

Insight Global

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a client undergoing a high‑risk Third‑Party Logistics transformation. This consultant will take full ownership of execution for a nationwide 3PL transition, supporting approximately 48 locations across the U.The role is highly operational and change‑management focused, requiring strong leadership, communication, and issue‑resolution skills. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑moving environments, can manage complex vendor relationships, and brings proven experience stabilizing large‑scale operational transitions while driving adoption and continuity.

Track open issues, risks, and dependencies across 48 locations

Document outcomes, gaps, and escalation items clearly and consistently
Manage complex transitions (e.g., Drive adoption, stability, and change management during vendor transition

8–10+ years of project or program management experience

Strong background in logistics, operations, or supply chain environments
Experience managing multi‑location, multi‑vendor initiatives
Excellent stakeholder communication and change‑management skills
