Head of Business Strategy

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) in McLean, VA seeks a Capture Manager to lead federal government pursuits from identification through proposal submission. You will develop win strategies, engage customers and partners, coordinate internal resources, and position the company to win new business.
This full-time hybrid role requires 5+ years in capture management, a related bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of federal contracts with civilian agencies.
