Europa Village is a one of a kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. Bolero Restaurante at Europa Village takes our guests on a culinary journey throughout the country of Spain. Europa Village is looking for a full-time Restaurant Line Cook. Minimum of two years Line Cook experience is a must.

Responsibilities Specific to Restaurant Cook

Plus Tips: Average $1.00 to 4.00 per hour.

Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns.

Maintains detailed knowledge of all menus, recipes, food quality standards and regulations.

Ascertains that all ingredients and supplies are made available at the beginning of each shift.

Ensures that high-quality food items are served every time.

Follows all standard food handling, sanitation and health department guidelines.

Assists in maintaining and stocking designated stations, freezers, refrigerators and store room with food products daily.

Works at a quick pace in order to get food out in a timely manner.

Expectations of the Restaurant Cook

Create and foster an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought.

Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed uniform and appropriate pants and shoes.

Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
