Collect high-quality blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations

Explain procedures to patients to foster trust and comfort during specimen collection

Document and maintain accurate records of collections and specimen processing

Perform the required duties independently with minimal supervision

Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and team members

Ability to perform error-free work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections

Proficiency in keyboard and data entry tasks

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High school diploma or equivalent required

Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)

Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required

One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred

Medical assistant or paramedic training is a plus

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed
