Pay & Benefits
Salary: $257,000–$286,000 annually (based on experience)
Bonuses & Incentives: Sign-on bonus possibility up to $20,000; productivity incentives based on wRVUs

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive family medicine and preventive care across all ages
Manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions effectively
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Participate in after-hours call rotation
Support clinical quality initiatives and process improvements
Connect patients to laboratory, imaging, and specialty services within UCHealth
What You Need
Active or eligible Colorado medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
