Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health for a contract-to-hire position in Providence, RI. This role involves providing care and supervision in a community setting, focusing on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health
Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals
Coordinate communications and actions related to health and safety supports
Manage medications as prescribed by the physician
Ensure progress reports are made to the physician when the client's condition changes
Ensure compliance with policies regarding medication administration and errors
Provide new employee training and annual recertification training for health and safety
Maintain communication with inpatient nursing and discharge coordinators

Current RN License
