Role Description This contract role for a Licensed Professional Counselor is a hybrid position based in Chesterfield, MI, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home hours. The counselor will provide individual, group, and couples therapy, conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating therapeutic sessions, collaborating with other clinicians, participating in case consultations, and coordinating care with community resources as needed. Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent in the state of Michigan, in good standing.

Demonstrated counseling skills in individual, group, and couples therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based treatment modalities.

Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills, including familiarity with electronic health records.

Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to serving clients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Master’s degree in Counseling, or a related mental health field; Willingness to pursue continuing education, uphold professional ethics, and comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
