Head of Project Management

Gemean is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex investigative, forensic, and data-driven engagements. In this role, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that client deliverables are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will work closely with legal professionals, forensic analysts, cybersecurity specialists, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality services across multiple engagements.

Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation through completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

Coordinate cross‑functional teams including forensic analysts, cybersecurity specialists, eDiscovery professionals, and legal stakeholders

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum

Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the engagement lifecycle

Prepare project documentation including status updates, reports, and executive summaries

Ensure compliance with internal processes, legal standards, and client requirements

Support continuous improvement of project management processes and operational workflows

Proven experience managing projects within consulting, investigations, cybersecurity, legal services, or technology environments

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience managing projects related to legal, compliance, forensic investigations, financial services, or Web3 environments

Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast‑paced environments

Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including legal, technical, investigative, and operational stakeholders

Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are advantageous

Experience managing technology‑driven or investigative engagements preferred

Familiarity with forensic investigations, eDiscovery, or cybersecurity project environments is beneficial

Exposure to cross‑border projects or multi‑jurisdictional matters is a plus
