Head of Sales (Remote)

Virtual Vocations Inc

Driving strategic sales initiatives, the full-time OEM Sales Manager will be responsible for securing Infinitum motors in OEM HVAC product lines while managing executive relationships and collaborating with internal teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve design wins for Infinitum motors in OEM products

Build and maintain relationships with OEM decision-makers to influence long-term design strategies

Collaborate with internal teams and lead technical discussions to demonstrate product value and integration feasibility

Required qualifications

7+ years of OEM sales management experience in the HVAC or related industry

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical contracting

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive brand success in a complex ecosystem

Experience with rapid revenue growth in dynamic business environments

Strong strategic thinking and consultative selling skills
