The Physical Therapistprovides Physical Therapy evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment, and education as prescribed by qualified medical practitioner in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 requirements.

- • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter/
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of California OR Pending CA PT License. License must be in hand for start.
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
· At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting
