You will be responsible for guiding products from early ideation through implementation and continuous improvement. This encompasses user research, product definition, operational management, pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and post-launch iteration.

Lead products end-to-end, from user research and concept exploration to development, launch, and ongoing iteration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, compliance, growth) to define product requirements and ensure seamless execution.

Track product performance through metrics and qualitative feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and steering rapid iteration cycles

Proven experience in product management and/or business development, with a track record of taking products from 0→1 or scaling them from early adoption to broader market fit.

A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform decisions, diagnose problems, and drive improvements.

Bonus Points

Background in fintech or traditional financial services, with familiarity in areas like payment flows, FX, treasury operations, compliance, etc.

Data analytics experience (SQL, Python)

Prior experience at an early-stage startup, showing comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and building processes from scratch
