Execute routine and sophisticated tests in the clinical lab, covering various fields such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, while adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any inconsistencies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Participate in specimen collection and adequately prepare samples for comprehensive testing.
Maintain detailed documentation on all procedures, mentor newcomers, and actively contribute to sustaining high-quality lab standards.
Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work environment while complying with all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related healthcare field, in addition to readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) attained within your first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities for successful collaboration with healthcare teams.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, especially concerning quality control and documentation practices.
