Our radiation therapy for cancer makes treatment shorter, safer, personalized and more effective, ultimately enabling patients to live longer, better lives.**Job Description****REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT:**Reports to the VP of Sales**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Collaborate with the sales team to develop a sales growth strategy in the assigned territory and implement or support deal-by-deal strategic plans to achieve business objectives* Provide clinical expertise and guidance for the company's systems, including explaining the technical and clinical aspects of the products and their benefits to customers and prospects during the sales process.* Conduct effective and professional product demonstrations and evaluations for potential customers and existing users, highlighting the clinical value and differentiation of the company's solutions.* Following the initial system sale, identify and pursue opportunities for customer improvement and satisfaction, as well as upselling and cross-selling.* Facilitate trade-in and trade-up deals and assist with system purchase contract negotiations and renewals.* Manage key KOL relationships in the region, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.* Act as a liaison between the KOLs and the company, providing feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs.* Function as SME on all Accuray solutions to competitively position Accuray for integration into short- and long-term customer plans* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product Development, Marketing, Training, Clinical Applications and Physics support) to develop and maintain high quality communication to disseminate the voice of the customer/potential customer to guide processes.* Collaborate with RSD’s and RSA’s to cover entire region map, including supplemental cold calling to generate sales presentations and to increase overall map coverage**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:* **Preferred or Desired**: + 5+ years’ experience working in a clinical Radiation Oncology healthcare facility. Medical Physics, dosimetry, radiation therapy background strongly preferred. + 3+ years in Medical Device sales, sales specialist or marketing role.
