Physical Therapist Full Time Rehab Clinic

Position Overview Revitalize PT and Fitness Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Oceanside, California. This full-time role is pivotal in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to a diverse patient demographic. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of experience, providing comprehensive treatment plans that help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

The successful candidate will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, designed to create a comfortable and motivating atmosphere for patient care. We operate Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing our team to focus fully on patient engagement without the demands of weekend shifts. Our clinic features advanced rehabilitation equipment and the latest technologies in evidence-based practices to support effective treatment delivery.

Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' individual histories, medical conditions, and functional goals.

Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.

Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards.

Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members, conveying important progress updates and adjustments to care plans.

Instruct family members and nursing staff on rehabilitation programs to ensure continuity of care outside the clinic.

Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure the proper functioning of all therapeutic equipment.

Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and corporate compliance agreements, fostering an environment of respect and professionalism.

This role will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with athletes, senior citizens, and individuals seeking to improve their physical function and quality of life after injury or illness. Your expertise will help in crafting specialized programs that address the unique needs and goals of our diverse clientele.

Active Physical Therapy licensure in the State of California.

A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Demonstrable knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment methodologies relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.

Two years of clinical experience with a focus on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for efficient patient documentation and reporting.

Experience in training and mentoring junior staff or interns in rehabilitation practices.
