We welcome feedback, challenge ourselves to grow, and aren’t afraid to take smart risks Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Sales Manager to join our Tech Services team on the West Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or territory. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the Tech Services industry. Must have 5+ years of experience in agency sales, prospecting, brand strategy, and quota management. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs). Familiarity with CRM software. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
