Human Resources Coordinator

Support recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews

Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRIS systems

Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

Assist with compliance efforts and help ensure HR practices meet legal requirements

Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training schedules, and performance review cycles

1+ year of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related administrative role preferred

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of basic HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; Insurance - medical, dental, vision
• Short-term disability
