Own the full lifecycle of software projects—from planning and development to deployment and post‑launch support
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business and customer needs
Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on track
Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance
Act as the central point of contact for project stakeholders
Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on progress, milestones, and risks
Champion best practices in Agile development, quality, and project management
Lead post‑project reviews to identify lessons learned and optimize future outcomes
5+ years of experience in software development or project/program management
Proven track record leading cross‑functional software projects from concept to launch
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and modern SDLC practices

Strong technical foundation and ability to engage with engineering teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar
