Bilingual Receptionist

Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort has partnered with a local Omaha law office and is currently seeking a Receptionist for a great opportunity in the Omaha, NE area!

Pay will be negotiable and based on experience starting at $15.00+ per hour!

Full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Professional and established legal office that handles Business, Family, and Immigration law!
Document preparation, copying, and filing
General correspondence via phone, email, mail, etc.
Data entry
Other Administrative support duties as needed
This position may eventually take phone calls to answer client questions, provide information, and transfer calls to the necessary person
What we are looking for: 2+ years of Administrative Support experience in an office environment
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and comfortable working with numbers, speaking on the phone, and documentation
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
