PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking experienced PCU/Stepdown nurses to provide high-quality care in a dynamic and engaging environment. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the PCU/Stepdown unit.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans.
Floating between units is required during overstaffed conditions.
Shift Information
Shift: Night, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00)
Weekends required: Yes, every other weekend
Expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-5.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current nursing license.
Experience in PCU or Stepdown settings is mandatory.
