Key tasks include coordinating with overseas manufacturing partners, particularly in China, to ensure smooth operations in shipping, logistics, packaging, customs, and fulfillment. The Head of Ops will also be instrumental in analyzing operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to enhance cost, speed, customer experience, and scalability. Applicants for the Head of Ops position at the company should have a strong background in business operations, strategy, or related fields, with a preference for director-level experience. Experience in improving operational systems, workflows, and supply chain operations at scale is essential, as is a proven track record in cross-functional project and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a deep analytical and data-driven decision-making approach, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and optimize for scalability, speed, cost, and customer experience.
