We’re seeking a Family Therapist to join our growing team. This position will begin as part‑time with the expectation of transitioning into full‑time as our clinic grows. help design how family therapy is integrated into treatment.

Collaborative care - Work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, educators, and behavioral health staff.

Provide group and family therapy to adolescents and their families.

Use evidence‑based approaches like CBT, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution‑Focused Therapy.

Hourly Rate: $25 - $40.50 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Unlicensed Therapist: $25-35 hourly.

Licensed Therapist: $31.25-40.50 hourly.

Schedule can be somewhat flexible.

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.

Current Florida license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing family therapy, with adolescents. Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience.
