Nutritionist / Dietician - Full Time

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a Dietitian Nutritionist, in the Stuart area, FL to design nutrition programs to improve or maintain the health of patients. Your nutritional know-how can help patients in your community live happier, healthier lives.
This position allows the dietitian to identify an area of interest and will focus on professional training and growth.

The ideal candidate must:

• Be a Registered Dietitian or Registry eligible
• 1-3 years experience
• Have a desire to interact with patients who are seeking better management of a chronic disease, such as diabetes or obesity.
• Have the desire for personal and professional growth in the outpatient field.
• Strong skills in organization, communication, marketing, and counseling are needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with team and independently needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Evaluates and treats patients in at Home Visits
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Nutrition
Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in FL is required;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Good time management skills be a self-starter and a team player;
The ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.
