Paralegal Full-time Position

Full-time
The Bankruptcy Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to the Bankruptcy Department and Attorneys by processing bankruptcy case files including: drafting of legal documents such as proof of claims, motions for relief from stay, objections, and claim maintenance filings.
Draft filing for proof of claim, reaffirmation agreements and motions of relief for attorney review
Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
Any other clerical tasks as needed
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in lender bankruptcy processing or other processing related work in the legal field.
Proficiency in MS Office products including Outlook and Teams
Experience with SCRA and other electronic databases a plus
